AUGUST 2017 UPDATE

As summer ends, increased investment and ramping technology development capabilities by multinationals intensify as innovation hot spots around the globe deliver solutions for the changing invention paradigm. For example, Forbes just listed the island nation Singapore at the top of its best startup cities- a first. Today, regardless of their location, start ups can thrive--the support networks are that vibrant. Newcos, hatched in either placed based incubators or internal corporate incubators, are rapidly becoming essential as the innovation spark for reinvention. That new phenomenon has gained traction with the quest for the New Mobility. Entrepreneurs have already created the most valuable automotive manufacturer and are rapidly disrupting decades old business models.

This month, featured members are developing next generation oil sensors, carbon fiber recycling, and a family-friendly ride-sharing app, all eyeing global markets for commercialization.

The curated I-Hub provides resources to commercialize and monetize Intellectual Property, and to access software, events, novel databases, special reports, government resources, in-the-pulse blogs, and innovation leader presentations.
