OCTOBER 2016 UPDATE

In a normal USA election year, it used to be “it’s the economy stupid”, but this year is different. Nevertheless, government led actions to cultivate and drive innovation to improve our standard of living remains a top priority for our members, whether in the USA, Europe or Asia. The value of innovation is dramatically evident in our newest member, Global Innovation Exchange, with founding partners including the U.S. Global Development Lab at USAID, AusAid, KOICA and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The Exchange connects innovators with the resources, contacts, and information they need to grow their innovation and improve lives around the world, as well as to give anyone who wants to make a difference the ability to leverage their skills and resources.

This month we also feature innovators developing richer navigation maps that are localized for social content, thermal management for battery packs, and empower women to operate and use ride services safely. The curated I-Hub helps members access relevant knowledge to commercialize IP with technology landscaping software, powerful databases, special reports, government resources, in-the- pulse blogs and innovation leader presentations. As the year closes out, we have enjoyed working with event partners hosting world class gatherings that discuss the most compelling innovation trends and au courant practices. We look forward to moderating an industry panel focused on the hyperactive mobility race, entitled "China and the Electric Vehicle" at the Licensing Executives Society Annual Meeting and to holding the "Mobility Innovation in the 21st Century" all day Forum in November at the Automotive Manufacturing Meetings.

As always, we invite all readers to join our intellectual property marketplace, free of charge, and engage the community. Join and get One-Click-Closer® to being our next success story.
